What is an Escape Room?
An Escape Room is a team game for 2-6 people. We lock your team in a room and the goal of the game is to escape within 60 minutes. Inside the room, you will need to work together, solve puzzles, and hunt for clues and objects that may help you crack codes and complete your mission and escape the room!
It is different, challenging and great fun. Perfect for friends, family and co-workers. At the moment, we can provide for groups of up to 6 and are more than happy to listen to individual requests and accommodate them where we can.
Is there an age restriction?
While there is no restriction on age the puzzles may be too demanding for those under 10. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (someone aged 16 years or over). Children are welcome as part of a family group with parents.
Are the rooms for exclusive use for my party?
Yes. Even if you wished to play a game in a couple or group of three we wouldn’t permit strangers to play in the same room as you while you played your game simply to make up the numbers.
I suffer from Claustrophobia/Anxiety - can I still play?
There are emergency exit buttons for Health & Safety reasons, so you are never really “locked” in. Most of the rooms are quite large but if you do suffer from Claustrophobia or anxiety, you may be better booking with a smaller group. Do contact us if you have any further questions about this and we will do our best to put you at ease.
I am disabled- can I still play?
While seating is available in all our games rooms and some disabled people have enjoyed playing our games in the past, disability is unique to each individual. Therefore, we would advise that you call us on 01422 343830 to discuss your individual requirements.
What should we wear when playing?
No special attire is required.
Is there a minimum or maximum team size?
2 as a minimum and 6 as a maximum.
Is it possible to add an extra person to my original booking?
Simply call us on 01422 343830 to let us know that an extra person/people will be joining your party. Pay for the extra person/people in cash on the day.
How much time will we need to play?
We book you in for 90 minutes in total. This allows us to brief you, give you an hour in the room and then speak to you afterwards regarding your experience.
I would like to play with my colleagues as a team building exercise. Is it possible?

How much does it cost?
This depends on how many members are in your team. Please see our price list for further information.
How do I book a game?
You can book online via our website. Click any of the Book Now buttons, select which room you want to play, and select an available date from our calendar.

What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings cannot be cancelled 48 hours prior to the time they are scheduled for. While you cannot completely cancel a game, you can reschedule it for a later date.
There are more than 6 people in my party - how shall I make my booking?
You can either book both rooms for a period when they are both available and divide your group accordingly between the two rooms (for instance, if you are a party of 8 one group of 4 could try and escape one room, whilst the remaining four could play in the other escape room). Alternatively, you could book the same room for two consecutive slots, so all the people in your party get a go playing in the same escape room.
Is a deposit required?
No, payment is taken in full online when you make your booking.
